Foundation Package

Foundation Package

You’ve already taken the time to prepare—read the books, listened to the podcasts, and thought about how you want your birth to feel. You understand your options and the role a doula plays in your support team.

This package is about having steady, experienced support by your side when things become less predictable. Someone who knows when to step in, when to hold space, and how to support you through the moments that aren’t written in any birth plan.

We begin with a 2-hour in-person session where we go through your birth preferences, your history, and anything that feels important for you to share. From week 38, I am on call for you—so when labor begins, you know you’re not navigating it alone.

During birth, I support you emotionally, physically, and practically, while also helping you stay informed and grounded in your choices. After your birth, we come together again for a debrief, creating space to reflect, process, and close this chapter in a supported way.

Included in the Foundation Package

A 2-hour in-person prenatal session to discuss your birth preferences and history

On-call support from week 38 to 42

Continuous emotional, physical, informational, and advocacy support during labor

An in-person birth debrief session

Your Care Investment
12.500 kr

Think of these packages as a starting point — we can always adapt things together depending on what feels right for you.

About Body Ready Method

I am currently the only certified Body Ready Method Pro offering this approach in Denmark. Body Ready Method is a personalized approach to preparing your body for birth and postpartum recovery through movement, assessment, and body awareness.

In these sessions, we explore how your body moves, any current aches or pains, and practical tools that can support you through pregnancy, birth, and recovery.

This can help support:

  • pregnancy aches and pains

  • mobility and movement patterns

  • pelvic floor responsiveness

  • birth preparation and recovery

Very very good experience is not describing it really, it was the most precious experience of our lives ❤️

Frequently asked questions

What does a doula actually do?

A doula supports you emotionally, physically, and with information throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I believe in continuity of care - being the link between you, your partner, your GP, midwife, OBGYN, nurses, bodyworkers, and postpartum support beyond. I’m there when the shifts change during labor, when the lactation consultants are on vacation, and when you need steady, familiar support throughout the experience.

Do you support all types of births?

Your midwife focuses on the medical side of birth, and your partner supports you in their own way. My role is to support both of you—to hold space, guide, and help you navigate the experience so neither of you feels overwhelmed.

How are you different from a midwife or my partner?

Yes - whether you’re planning a hospital birth, home birth, medicated or unmedicated, my role is to support you in your choices.

What if my birth doesn’t go as planned?

Birth can be unpredictable, and that’s exactly why I’m there. I support you through whatever direction your birth takes, helping you stay informed, grounded, and supported.

Will you be there the entire time?

We decide together when it feels right for me to join you, no matter how far along your labor is. I don’t work from strict timelines or policies, but from individual needs and what feels most supportive for you in the moment.

What if I’m not sure which package is right for me?

That’s completely normal. We can talk it through together during a free connection call and figure out what feels like the best fit for you.

Can my partner still be involved?

Absolutely. I don’t replace your partner - I support them too. I help guide them so they can feel confident and involved in supporting you.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans can be arranged—just reach out and we can find something that works.

Have any questions?

If you’re unsure what kind of support would feel right for you, I’m happy to guide you through the options.
